Payment Methods

We currently accept  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal for your convenience. While our website is completely secure, if you prefer to place your order via telephone you may call the studio at 808-284-9714 during normal business hours M-F 10-7 PM Pacific Standard Time.

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with any jewelry that you have purchased from us online, you may return it within 14 days. Items must be returned in new and resaleable condition. Sale items are non-returnable. Once your return is processed, you will receive notification by email. We can not refund shipping charges on returned items.

Shipping Policy

We ship UPS Ground, and 2nd Day Air within the United States. UPS will not deliver to PO boxes. For international orders, we ship via UPS and US Postal Priority. Catherine Weitzman Jewelry is not responsible any local customs, duties, or taxes that may be applied.

Most of the products for sale online are in-stock, however some require longer delivery times. If you need your order by a specific date, please indicate this in the special instructions section of the order form and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, you will be notified via e-mail.

Repair Policy

Catherine Weitzman stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry. If you are in need of repair within one year based on normal usage, please contact us to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and send us the item with your receipt. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair.

Security Policy

With SSL implemented on both your computer and our server, information sent via the Internet can be trusted to arrive privately and unaltered. We will not sell, share or trade any of your information to any third party. We use cookies to store visitor preferences, record session information, such as products added to the shopping cart, and record historical activity at our site in order to provide you better service when you return to our site.
