COVID-19 Update

From our family to yours, we hope you and your family are safe and healthy. We wanted to share how the pandemic has continued to affect us and our operations. 

In an effort to dramatically curb the steady rising of cases in the State of Hawaii, the City and County of Honolulu (where our studio is located) has mandated a "Stay at Home, Work at Home" order for all residents in the City, effective August 28, 2020 until September 11, 2020.  We will still do our best to timely complete your orders, but kindly ask for your flexibility and aloha (understanding) in these unprecedented times.

Orders and Domestic Shipping

We are continuing to accept orders online, with customer service representatives available via email at sales@catherineweitzman.com. For the safety of our staff, our studio hours rotate among our staff members and we are doing our best to timely ship out orders and respond to email inquiries.  It may take up to 2 business days to ship your items; however, once shipped, there are no guarantees on delivery service even with the USPS Priority Mail option. Currently, the USPS has Priority Mail deliveries estimated at 3 - 4 days (sometimes up to 5 days with shipments from Hawaii). If there are any delays in delivery, the US Postal Service posts Service Alerts online for your convenience.

Back Orders and Special Orders

There may be some items in our online store that are on backorder and when it occurs, we do our best to notify you of an item's status.  Please understand as estimating lead times for backorders is unusually difficult presently.

This situation is fluid and we will continue to serve our customers as best as we can.  As the situation changes, we hope to resume normal protocols and delivery times.

If you have any questions, our customer service is ready to assist you online. 


Because of our limited studio hours, returns and refunds are processed by the end of each week.  Thank you in advance for your patience.

USPS International Service Suspension

Currently, The Postal Service™ has temporarily suspended international mail deliveries to the following destinations due to service impacts related to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are very sorry, but we are unable to ship to these countries at this time.
